Terms & Conditions — bedjily Platform Rules and Player Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bedjily ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing bedjily at bedjily.net, registering a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms and conditions that apply to individual promotional offers. All such documents collectively form your agreement with bedjily.

bedjily reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms regularly. The version effective date is displayed at the top of this page and in the last-updated bar.

If at any time you do not agree with these Terms or any updated version of them, you must immediately cease using bedjily and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].

To register and use a bedjily account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bedjily operates a strict 18+ policy and has zero tolerance for underage gambling.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a business entity or any third party.
• You do not hold an existing bedjily account under any name, email address, or mobile number.
• You are accessing bedjily voluntarily and are not doing so under duress, coercion, or as a result of misleading advertising.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of a bedjily employee or affiliate where such usage would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been permanently self-excluded from bedjily or had your account closed for violations of these Terms.

bedjily employs age verification processes during the account registration journey and mandates NID (National Identity Document) document submission prior to processing any withdrawal. Where age or identity cannot be verified to bedjily's satisfaction, the platform reserves the right to suspend account access, withhold withdrawals, and escalate the matter for further review.

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be permanently closed without notice. All deposits and winnings associated with an underage account will be forfeited. bedjily may report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

To access the full range of bedjily features — including sports betting, casino games, deposits, and withdrawals — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and to create a secure password. All information provided must be truthful, current, and complete.

One account per player: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active bedjily account at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bedjily will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held across those accounts without prior notice.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bedjily Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. bedjily strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings immediately following registration. All activity carried out using your credentials is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to [email protected].

Suspicious activity: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact bedjily support immediately. bedjily may temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is conducted. We will never ask you to share your password by email or live chat.

Identity verification (KYC): bedjily operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its obligations as an internationally licensed platform. You may be requested at any time to provide one or more of the following: a copy of your NID (National ID card), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address, and a photograph or selfie for facial verification purposes. Failure to supply requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified will result in withdrawal suspension until the documentation is received and verified.

• Account name changes: The name on your bedjily account must match the name registered with your verified payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad). Name changes after account verification are not permitted except in documented legal circumstances.
• Contact information: You are responsible for keeping your registered email address and mobile number current. Important account communications — including security alerts, withdrawal confirmations, and term change notifications — are sent to your registered contact details.
• Dormant accounts: An account with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months may be classified as dormant. bedjily will attempt to contact the player via their registered email before applying any dormancy policy.

bedjily supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. Visa and Mastercard debit cards may also be accepted subject to availability. All financial transactions on bedjily are conducted in BDT (৳) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed in real time and credited to your bedjily balance immediately upon successful mobile wallet transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance depending on the sending institution's processing schedule. bedjily does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals are processed by bedjily within one to six hours of a verified withdrawal request during normal operating hours. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals above ৳50,000 may be subject to additional KYC verification, which can extend processing times.

• Withdrawal requests submitted during weekends, Bangladeshi public holidays (including Eid, Victory Day, Independence Day), or outside Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours may experience extended processing times.
• bedjily reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual withdrawal amounts as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant bonus before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived winnings before meeting the stated wagering threshold will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• bedjily does not accept deposits or withdrawals from business accounts, joint accounts, or payment sources not registered in the verified account holder's name.

Currency and exchange: All bets, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals on bedjily are denominated in BDT. bedjily does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required by your bank or payment provider is conducted at rates set by that provider and is outside bedjily's control.

All sports bets and casino game wagers placed on bedjily are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market, game, or event, as displayed at the time of placement. In the event of any conflict between a general rule in this section and a specific rule published for a particular market or game, the specific rule takes precedence.

Sports betting: Bets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports listed in the bedjily sportsbook are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is placed — the odds shown at confirmation are the odds that apply. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and bedjily's right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice during the course of a live event.

• Bet settlement: Bets are settled using official result data from recognised sports authorities. For cricket, ICC and BCB official results are the primary data source. Settled bets are final. bedjily reserves the right to re-settle bets in the event of a data error or official result correction.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period specified in the market rules; if the market was offered in error; or if the stake was placed using a wagering pattern consistent with arbitrage or match manipulation.
• Maximum payout: The maximum single-bet payout across all markets is ৳500,000 per event, unless a higher limit is specifically stated for the relevant market. Accumulated winnings across related bets are subject to the same cap where bedjily determines the bets to be related.
• Minimum stake: The minimum stake per bet is ৳10. Maximum stakes are market-specific and displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.

Casino games: All RNG-based casino games (slots, virtual table games, crash games) use certified random number generation technology. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is published by the game provider and is available from the game's information panel. Live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi operate under the rules displayed in the game interface and in the specific game guides published on the bedjily Casino page.

Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction — including server disconnection, game software error, or display error — bets or game rounds affected by the malfunction may be voided at bedjily's discretion. bedjily will not honour payouts that arise from software errors, display glitches, or erroneously published odds that are clearly inconsistent with the intended market offering.

bedjily offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which must be read before opting in.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement). This means you must wager the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified — a stated number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the promotion's individual terms.

• Bets placed on certain game types (e.g., live dealer games, specific slots) may contribute at a reduced rate towards bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds when your account holds both. When your real-money balance reaches zero, bonus funds are applied to subsequent bets.
• If you withdraw real-money funds while an active bonus is in progress, the bonus and any associated bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• bedjily limits one active bonus per account at any given time unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Free spins winnings are typically credited as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements rather than as withdrawable cash, unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.

Abuse prevention: bedjily employs automated and manual monitoring to detect promotional abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies (e.g., covering opposing sides) to meet wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of free bets. Where abuse is detected, bedjily reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and permanently suspend the account.

Changes and cancellation: bedjily reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including after a player has opted in, where bedjily believes the promotion has been mis-stated, is being abused, or for any other business reason. Reasonable notice will be given where possible, but this is not guaranteed.

bedjily maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, harms other players, or violates applicable law. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documents; using a fraudulently obtained bonus code or referral link.
• Money laundering: Using bedjily as a vehicle to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of legitimising proceeds of unlawful activity. bedjily is obligated to report suspected money laundering activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format available on bedjily.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted software, or any automated tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting price differences across markets or bonus offers in a manner that eliminates risk and is inconsistent with recreational betting.
• Match manipulation: Placing bets on events you know or suspect to be subject to manipulation, or in any way participating in the fixing or manipulation of a sporting event.
• Account sharing: Sharing your bedjily Login credentials with another person or allowing another individual to operate your account.
• Harassment: Using the live chat or any other communication channel on bedjily to abuse, threaten, harass, or discriminate against bedjily staff or other players.
• Circumventing restrictions: Attempting to access bedjily after your account has been suspended or self-excluded, including by creating a new account under a different identity.

bedjily reserves the right to suspend any account at any time where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. During a suspension, you may not place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Where an investigation confirms a violation, the suspension will become permanent and the balance may be forfeited in full or in part depending on the nature of the violation.

Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your bedjily account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, bedjily will process any pending withdrawal of your verified real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met. Accounts with an outstanding bonus balance at the time of closure will have the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings forfeited.

Responsible gaming closure: If you request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — bedjily will action the closure immediately without a cooling-off period. Self-exclusion closures cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. Attempting to create a new account during a self-exclusion period is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of the new account. Bedjily-initiated suspension: bedjily reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice where:

• A violation of these Terms & Conditions is detected or reasonably suspected.
• The account is found to belong to a player who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Unusual financial activity is detected that triggers bedjily's AML monitoring obligations.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requires account action.

Balance on closure: Where an account is closed by bedjily due to a Terms violation, any balance held in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the severity and nature of the violation. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, the entire balance will be forfeited and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities. Where an account is closed in error, bedjily will restore the account and balance upon verification.

Dispute resolution: If you believe your account has been closed, suspended, or your balance has been affected in error, you may raise a formal dispute by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Account Dispute — [Your Username]". bedjily commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 14 business days. This process is your primary recourse before seeking external resolution.
